The art of our cuisine starts with the search for high quality ingredients and the study of chefs Carlo and Fabio, who experiment with new dishes every day. On our menu you will find typical dishes from Belluno with local ingredients such as pasta with beans or platters of cold cuts with homemade mixed pickled vegetables (giardiniera). Our meat cooked directly over the always-burning fireplace has a unique flavour. You can enjoy rib-eye steak, grilled T-bone steaks, fillets and sliced steaks.
You will also find a wide choice of fish dishes such as Valencian paella, linguine with seafood, grilled fish, seafood and our platters of raw fish. Another speciality is codfish Vicenza-style (baccalĂ alla vicentina).
We have tried to offer our guests healthy and genuine cuisine, but with a modern twist.
